Vaise main aapko Bata deta hun ki 1/2 inchi unc me 13 tpi hoti hai
1/ 2 inch unc thread ki pich calculation formula kya hai?
Pitch = inch / tpi
• Pitch =1/ 13 = .0769
• 0.0769×25.4= 1.953
Pitch = 1.953

Threading ke liye depth of thread calculation formula ?
Depth of thread calculate karne ke liye pitch ko .64 se multiply karte Hain to hamari depth of thread nikal kar aa jati hai
Like example-
Depth of thread = pitch ×0.64
= 1.953× 0.64
= 1.249
Depth of thread ko hum programme me, microns me dalte hain
Isliye isko microne me convert karne ke liye hame isko 1000 se multiply karna hoga
1.249×1000= 1249 approximate lenge
